The Site offers women's ready-to-wear fashion products (hereinafter "the Products").

Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by 8emeKhaze on the Site.

By validating an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read these GTC and accepts them without reservation.

Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible on the Site. However, errors or omissions may exist. In case of out of stock or unavailability of a product, the Customer will be informed and can choose to either cancel the order or wait for the product to be restocked.

Orders

4.1. Order process: The Customer can place an order on the Site by following the indicated process. The order is validated once the Customer clicks on "Confirm the order" and accepts these GTC.

4.2. Order confirmation: Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with the details of their order. This confirmation serves as acceptance of the order, subject to the availability of products.

Prices and payment

The prices of the products are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The shipping costs are calculated separately and indicated before the final validation of the order.

The payment methods accepted on the Site are:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

• PayPal

• Other online payment options (if applicable)

Payment is due at the time of ordering. 8emeKhaze reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of non-payment or fraudulent payment.

Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. The shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the chosen method.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

The Customer may return the products, at their expense, in their original condition and packaging. After receiving the returned products, 8emeKhaze will issue a refund within 14 days.

Legal warranty and returns

The products sold are subject to the legal warranty of conformity, as provided by Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code. If a product is defective or non-compliant with the order, the Customer must inform 8emeKhaze within 2 years from the receipt of the product.

The Customer may request the replacement or refund of the product, subject to verification of the issue.

Liability

8emeKhaze cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or fault attributable to the Customer. 8emeKhaze makes every effort to ensure the quality of the products but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damagescaused by the use of products purchased on the Site.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of 8emeKhaze or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or use of these elements is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), 8emeKhaze is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. The information collected during the order (name, address, email, etc.) is necessary for order processing and customer relations. This information will never be disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the Customer.

Discounts in exchange for Instagram shares

8emeKhaze offers discounts to customers who share the Site on their social networks (notably Instagram). These discounts are subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: The discount is granted once per user.

• Proof of sharing: The Customer must provide a link or screenshot proving the share, along with their order ID.

• Validity period: The discount must be used within 30 days from its attribution.

• Non-combinability: The discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers.

• Compliance with applicable laws: Shares must comply with the platform’s rules and must not include illegal or inappropriate content. 8emeKhaze reserves the right to refuse a discount if conditions are not met.
