Return Conditions - 8emeKhaze
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Articles L221-18 and following), as well as applicable international legislation, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of return, without the need to provide a reason or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by sending a clear and unambiguous statement (e.g., an email to: Alexandra.laille32@gmail.com) before the 14-day period expires. This notification can be made using the standard withdrawal form below or simply by email with the necessary information (order number, concerned products, etc.).
2. Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their entirety (with intact original tags and protective materials).
Returned products must not have been damaged or deteriorated by the customer and must show no signs of use.
The return must be made within 14 days after the withdrawal notification. Returns made after this period will not be accepted, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.
3. Return Procedure
The customer can return products by following this procedure:

Pack the products in their original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Return the products to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-conformingproduct.
4. Refund
In accordance with Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code, 8emeKhaze will process the refund of returned products within 14 days of receiving the returned products, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless agreed otherwise with the customer.
If a discount code was issued following an Instagram or Facebook story, the value of the code will be deducted from the refunded amount if the item is returned.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases specified by law, such as:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, etc.) if the customer has unsealed the product after delivery.
In such cases, 8emeKhaze reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.
6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the received product has a defect or is damaged, the customer must notify 8emeKhaze within 2 days after receiving the order by email at Alexandra.laille32@gmail.com. The customer may then request a replacement or a refund, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
In case of a defective product, 8emeKhaze will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
8emeKhaze does not accept direct exchanges. If the customer wishes to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or another model), they must:
Return the item according to the procedure described above.
Place a new order for the desired product.
8. Discount Code via Instagram/Facebook Post
To encourage interaction with the brand, 8emeKhaze offers a special discount to customers who post a story on Instagram or Facebook with a product purchased from our website. The steps to receive this discount are as follows:
Post a story on Instagram or Facebook with your 8emeKhaze product.
Tag our official account (@8emeKhaze) in your story.
Send a screenshot of your story to our email (Alexandra.laille32@gmail.com).
Once we receive the screenshot, we will send you a discount code valid on your next purchase on our website.
Note: If you return a product for which a discount code was applied through this promotion, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
